- i am a certified Hypnotist and yes most people are aware of what is Going on. and hypnosis can work great for a lot of things. However it does not work for everyone. I personally plan on using It in child birth the next time i have a baby!
- I suffer from Migraines. Have been since a child. As I got older I learned how to self hypnotise. Now I use do it every time I get a migraine and its gone within 15-20 minutes.
